User Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. Because some art may contain nudity, we recommend that the viewer be at least 18 years of age. This agreement is between YourArt,Inc. officers, directors, technology and the end user and/or member of the Site. We are providing the website known as Ojars.com for your use subject to your compliance with these terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. By using any of the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions is required for your use of the Site, if you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the Site.

Site Modification.
We reserve the right at any time and without notice to:
·    Change the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
·    Change the Site, including eliminating or discontinuing any content on or feature of any of the Site; or
·    Change any fees or charges for any and all products and services in the Site.

Ownership and Restrictions
The Site is owned and operated by YourArt, Inc. and Ojars Lasmanis ("Artist") in conjunction with pursuant to contractual arrangements. You may only access and use the materials on the Site solely for your personal use. You may not reproduce, store in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form by any means electronically, mechanically, photocopying or otherwise from the Site in any way, without express written consent of the Site or the Artist.  Modification of the Site, including images, text, computer programs, design, computer databases and any associated technology is a violation of our copyright is strictly prohibited. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Site.

Trademarks.
The names, logos, and taglines identifying Ojars.com's products and services are proprietary marks of Ojars Lasmanis.

Content Submission.
Ojars.com web site, electronic mail and any form of electronic communication between the YourArt, Inc., Artist and you, the end user, becomes the property of YourArt, Inc. and the Artist, and the user implicitly grants us the authority and right to use that content in any form without restrictions from you.  Any form of communication from you by electronic mail or otherwise, including any images, text, data, intellectual concepts, or the like, all such communications are and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. Thus, the user gives up any claim that any use of such material violates any of the user's rights including moral rights, privacy rights, proprietary or other property rights, publicity rights, rights to credit for material or ideas, or any other right, including the right to approve the way YourArt, Inc. and the Artist uses such material.

The user assumes all responsibility for use of the Ojars.com web site. The user waives all claims against YourArt, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, suppliers, programmers and the artist, Ojars Lasmanis, that may arise from the use of the Ojars.com web site.

THE SITE, THE MATERIALS ON THE SITE, AND ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OBTAINED OR ACCESSED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. YourArt, Inc., OJARS.COM, ARTIST AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AGENTS AND SPONSORS DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER(S) ON WHICH THE SITE ARE HOSTED ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
